Customer Review: over rated
This amp will clip if you look at it wrong. I pumped about 100 watts into two 8 ohm monitors hooked up stereo at rehearsal in a livingroom and this amp was clipping. Output on the mixer less than 0vu. 800 watts a channel? Ya, and then they woke up.

Customer Review: do not buy these cases
I bought these cases with the hopes that they would be a durable drum case at an affordable price. After two gigs, I noticed the edges of the cases were wearing off and the seams were showing through. This happened with the whole set of cases, and even with every day use (gigs), the cases depleted quickly. I had to duct tape the seams to hold the cases together. I called and wrote to customer service about replacing the defunct cases, and got absolutely no response. I would not invest a penny into this company again.

Cushion has one third thickness of what shown in the picture. It is not easy to adjust height. You need your own tool unscrew the screw. Do not plan to share with yuor family member who needs seat adjustment on the fly.

This bench was very easy to assemble. The most difficult part wes getting it out of the box, and that wasn’t very hard. I highly recommend this bench.

The Artist pickup has many other uses besides amplifying acoustic guitars. It’s a great pickup for Violin, Cello, Stand-up-Bass, Banjo, Mandolin, Piano, Horn, or practically anything else you would ever want to amplify. We’ve even had a mechanic use one to pickup (pardon the pun) knocks and vibrations in engines. The bottom line is: if it vibrates, the Artist Pickup will catch the vibrations. You do whatever you want with them after that.
Customer Review: Pick up does not work (and looks used.)
I ordered the Dean Markley Artist Transducer Pickup from 8th Street Music through Amazon.com. It was supposed to be new. The box looked as though it had been opened. The pickup had no protective film over the adhesive that is supposed to attach it to the guitar — the adhesive itself was scratched and dried out. (Another indication that it may have been returned by another customer.) The pickup doesn’t hold onto the guitar. What’s more, even if held in place the sound is terrible and the quality of the item very poor. (Even if it had been new and had functional adhesive.) I have returned it and am waiting for a refund.

Customer Review: would you like extra noise with your sound?
Bought this for my dulcimer after looking at the rave reviews. Maybe my ears are too sensitive compared to others but this sucker hums like crazy. I’ve actually returned it twice and both have serious AC hum. I ended up getting H&K pickups from Oregon and the sound quality is so much better and the derived SN ratio is much better. I wouldn’t use this puppy for any serious recording but it does double very well as an amplified stethoscope =)
